Argentina
Argentina has always had a rich history of immigration, resembling the same ideals envisioned in North America with its openness to other cultures and their citizens. As the American Dream in North America, The Promissory Land was the name of Argentina Dream for would be newcomers.

From the second half of the XIX century Argentina has become the new home and the fulfilled hope for a new life for millions of German, Italian, Spaniards, Polands, Russian and nationals from every corner of Europe.

There , just as in the North, these immigrants have risen to the top of society, bringing their own culture and customs with them, giving and receiving to the culture around them. Because of these open policies of immigration, Argentinian culture has been transformed forever into a blend of European and South American customs which have captured the hearts of countless visitors, many of whom find it difficult to ever leave. In South America, Argentina was and still is the country of dreams, a place where all are welcome, and where everyone could find a new beginning.

Today, Argentina is pursuing that dream, We at InterWorld are looking to become the destination for those from North America whose ideals can no longer be found at home. A country where life is still celebrated, where culture is still valued, where the elderly are still respected and the young still have hope, this is what Argentina is The place where the best day has not yet dawned.

Australia
Australia, considered by the Untied Nations (UN) as one of the countries with the best quality of life in the world, offers 130 thousand work visas annually for immigrants who want to move permanently to the country. 100 thousand of these visas are destined for qualified employees.

This nation has 23 million inhabitants of which 9 million is the active work force. The country is almost as big as the United States but has an unemployment rate of less than 5%.

Amongst the ocupations most highly demanded there is a great deal of variety. They include accountants, engineers, designers, marketing and communication and primary and secondary teachers.

How ever the most highly seeked jobs are as chefs, hairdressers, electricians and carpenters. In this sense, Szurman remarked that “only those who are looking for work in the education sector need to have a very high level of English. For the rest, and intermediate level should be sufficient.

Immigration or residency mean the same thing, and there exist many categories, the most common being the General Skilled Migration, designed for professionals with work experience in their area of study and other requirements. The acceptance system for a new immigrant is based on a point system, where the pass note is the sum of your aptitudes, experience and family situation.

For a well qualified person who is relatively young (age also counts as points), there are very good chances of being accepted depending on the points that you score in other areas such as your English language level.

Canada
Canada is one of the world's top immigration destinations with over 200,000 new arrivals coming under the Canada immigration system every year. New Zealand
In early 2004, the entire Skilled Migration scheme for New Zealand was overhauled. The new Skilled Migrant Category (formerly called General Skills) has been designed to attract highly-skilled migrants to New Zealand, particularly in those industries and regions of New Zealand experiencing growth and skills shortages.

The Scheme has been designed to comprise two stages: the lodging of an Expression of Interest and the Invitation to Apply for Residency. These stages and the process involved are explained in more detail in the sections below.
Please note that it is unlikely you will qualify for residency unless you have a job offer in a particular industry or in a low-growth region in New Zealand. Presently, you need to score a minimum of 100 points to be able to lodge an Expression of Interest. Applications in the Expression of Interest pool that are being invited to make a Residency Application are, on average, scoring at least 165 points

UK
In March 2006, the UK announced its new approach to immigration using a points based system although this system is not expected to be in place until, at the earliest, mid-2007. Here are some of the changes it will bring.

Under the new scheme, it will be simpler for highly qualified immigrants to obtain visas, while less skilled immigrants will find it more difficult (as has always been the case!). Now, however, specific points will be awarded to all potential immigrants based on the applicant's age, financial situation, education, qualifications, English language ability and other factors. All applicants other than the most highly skilled will need to provide a certificate of sponsorship from an approved sponsor, such as an employer or a school, when making their application. Sponsors will have to apply to sponsor a potential immigrant and will also be rated by the Home Office.

The new system is not a linear ranking of attributes but a system of weightings and trade-offs. This means that, for example a person with just a Bachelor's degree and high previous earnings, or someone with a UK PhD and relatively low previous earnings would equally earn enough points to apply. The government says the system is still objective to use, since it is clear how many points will be awarded for a given attribute, and how these attributes can be combined to gain enough points to make an application.

The UK has introduced a number of new UK immigration, naturalization, UK visa, work permit and UK working visa categories in the last few years. The points based skilled immigration category the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) introduced in January 2002 has proved to be very successful.

There is also a new low skilled UK work permit category for the sectors based visa. There are likely to be further UK immigration changes soon that will allow even more people to gain entry to the UK. We will keep you up to date on all these UK work visa, work permits for UK and UK immigration developments. You may have to wait months for your UK visa application to be processed by the Home Office Immigration Directorate, or spend the whole day there to then find that you do not have all the relevant documentation

There are a number of other options: A Business visit visa – For trips to the UK of up to 6 months, a visit visa can be used where the work to be performed is limited; the official guidelines state that the following may come to the UK as business visitors:
Advisers, consultants, trainers, troubleshooters etc, provided they are employed abroad, either directly or under contract, by the same company (or group of companies) to which the client firm in the United Kingdom belongs. Their involvement must not extend to actual project management or to providing advice or consultancy services direct to clients of the United Kingdom company. Training should be for a specific, "one-off" purpose (for example, training in the use of products manufactured overseas or training specific to the operation of a group of companies of which the United Kingdom firm is a member). The training should not go beyond classroom instruction and should not otherwise be readily available in the UK;
Representatives of computer software companies coming to install, debug or enhance their products.
Representatives of computer software companies coming to be briefed as to the requirements of a United Kingdom customer. HOWEVER if they are to provide a service involving the use of their expertise to make a detailed assessment of a potential customer's requirements this should be regarded as consultancy work for which a work permit is required;

These regulations allow considerable flexibility for an in-house training/roll-out team, and give considerable freedom to employees of such companies as Oracle, SAP, etc. who are rolling out their own products at client sites. As the majority of IT roll-outs are conducted by consultancies who are using products manufactured by a third party, such activities will require a work permit.
